MARKETING INNOVATION - INTERN

Responsibilities-
CRM: Develop our CRM strategy together with the CCO to deliver an enhanced customer experience.
Market Research: We value so much our customers that everything we do is around the customer understanding.
Product development: As Maison Mika is all about delivering experiences. We need someone who is very creative, inspiring and questions the status quo to help us develop themed boxes for our customers.
SEO: SEO is key for the customer to find us. The intern will be responsible for analyzing competitor websites for organic traffic insights, design and execute A/B testing, optimize content on the website and determine the best keywords to focus on throughout campaigns.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns:
Social media: Intern will contribute to creating the social media strategy, content generation, tracking social sentiment and design an influencer program!
Requirements
SEO: A deep understanding of how the search engines rank websites,
Personal profile: An open-minded, passionate person keen to be part of this sexual movement, Good interpersonal and communications skills, for interaction with consumers and internal team, Applicant must be creative, hardworking, organized and willing to learn, Strong analytical thinking, Independent and resourceful, capable of working under minimum supervision, Highly proficient in English speaking and writing
Technical expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office- Word, Powerpoint, Excel and social media platforms, Degree in marketing or engineering or prior experience in a marketing-related discipline, Bonus skills: Visual design skills, video editing, HTML/CSS, Bonus platforms: Shopify, Canva, MailChimp
